• Laundry for all the reserved beds (weekly)
• Three of a kind of towels from bath for every guest (weekly)
• Laundry from kitchen
• Traditional oven or microwaves (if required)
• Coffee machine and small appliances (if required)
• Set of dish for 6 people
• TV sat with private decoder
• Plant of alarm of Security

NON INCLUSIVE SERVICES IN THE PRICE

BOOKING AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

• Payment 30% of the agreed upon amount with banking credit transfer. The remaining 70% firm of the agreed upon amount to the arrival with delivery of the keys.

PEOPLE'S NUMBER

• You/they will be accepted only the number of declared people in the booking.

TERMS OF ANNULMENT

• The application of annulment of the booking must be sends away FAX bringing the data of the Sender and the reference of the booking. L' annulment foresees the deduction of the booking (equal to 30%).

BID BOND

• Euro bid bond of 100 unpaid to the arrival that will come returned during the departure you damages excepted, final cleanings and non inclusive services in the price.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

• Arrival near "Il Poggetto" within the hours 07:00 PM grants different excepted Departure within the hours 10:00 AMs of the last booked day.

FINAL CLEANINGS

• To the departure the room or the used apartment it will owe' to be returned clean and in order as during the arrival in other case it will come withheld the amount for the final cleanings.

LIABILITY

• The farm-house "Il Poggetto" declines every liability' for damages or accidents to things or people happened during the period of stay.
